Every alarm tested, cleaned and checked for expiry, with batteries replaced.
What is involved
One visit, all three checks
Where the dates line up, one attendance covers gas, electrical and smoke alarms.
Every rate includes
- The visit, by somebody licensed to carry out that check
- Tenant contact: the booking text and a reminder the day before
- The report, filed against the property
- The certificate on the property record as soon as it is issued
Not included
- Repairs
- A failed component is a finding, quoted separately.
- A second visit after failed access
- Charged only where the tenant was texted, reminded and still did not provide access.
