Home & Rental Compliance Services is a joint collaboration between One Thousand Volts Electrical Services, a Sunbury electrical contractor, and AquaGas Plumbers & Gasfitters, a family-owned plumbing and gasfitting business with over 15 years in the trade.
Run by Luke and Jason, HRCS grew out of the work both businesses were already doing for local real estate agencies: the two-yearly electrical and gas checks, the annual smoke alarm visit, and the reminders and reports that keep a rent roll compliant. Putting the two trades under one name meant one call, one report and one set of dates for every property.
Compliance is a service where reliability matters more than anything else, and where a missed date goes unnoticed until something has already happened. So the business is built around the dates: a separate one for every check on every property, and a system that does the reminding, the tenant contact and the filing.
We cover Sunbury, the Macedon Ranges and Melbourne’s north and west. Every gas check is done by a licensed gasfitter and every electrical check by a licensed electrician.
