- Gisborne3437A big established rent roll with a lot of older housing, where end-of-life smoke alarms and unlabelled switchboards are the two things we find most often.
- New Gisborne3438Newer estates, so most properties are on their first or second cycle and the paperwork trail matters more than the repairs do.
- Macedon3440Bushfire-prone land across much of the suburb, which makes alarm placement and battery condition the check nobody should let slip.
- Mount Macedon3441Steep access and a lot of bottled gas, so gas checks here are booked with a longer window than the flat suburbs need.
- Riddells Creek3431Township and semi-rural mixed together. We schedule the acreage addresses in one run so a technician is not crossing the shire twice in a day.
- Romsey3434Largely unreticulated, so a lot of Romsey rentals run on LPG and need the same two-year gas check as a mains-connected property.
- Lancefield3435The northern edge of our run. Lancefield jobs go out with Romsey so the travel is not carried by a single property.

Just outside these suburbs?
Ask anyway. Agencies whose rent roll is mostly in the shire often hold a handful of properties on the edges, and those usually go out on the same run rather than as a separate trip.
What we will not do is quote for a portfolio spread across metropolitan Melbourne and then find we cannot service it. If the answer is no, you get it in the first conversation rather than after you have moved.
