Already a client?
Everything your team needs is in the portal: what is overdue, where a booked visit is up to, and every certificate and report to download. Requesting a visit takes a couple of taps, and ringing the office works just as well.
Are you a tenant?
If we are coming to your home you will have had a text with the date and the arrival window. Reply to it to change the time — it reaches the office directly.
There is nothing for you to sign up to. If your question is about the property rather than the visit, your property manager is the right person.
